Two Mondays every month, our volunteers are ready and waiting to accept your generous donations of interview-ready workwear! Select the best day that works for your schedule and we'll be ready and waiting for you. You can drop off any time between 11 am and 7 pm.

ALWAYS IN NEED

• NEW/TAG-ON Bras and Underwear
• NEW/Packaged nylon socks
• Ballet Flats/Loafers
• Size 16+ Clothes
• Size 9.5+ Shoes
• Purses

We are currently unable to accept donations of men's clothing.

SEASONAL WORKWEAR NEEDS

• March, April and May Needs: We begin to accept SPRING WORKWEAR lighter weight jackets and rainwear! Please hold your cold-weather items for the Fall.
• June, July and August Needs: Bring on your SUMMER WORKWEAR! Please hold your cold-weather items for the Fall.
• September, October and November Needs: We begin to accept FALL WORKWEAR heavier autumn jackets and coats! Please hold your warm-weather items for the Spring.
• December, January and February Needs: Bring on your FALL and WINTER WORKWEAR. This means we will not be able to accept open-toed shoes and lightweight dresses, jackets or pants. Instead we need heavier weight items to cut down on the chill.

DONATING PROTOCOLS

• Separate Shoes, Accessories and Workwear into separate piles.
• Wash and fold your clothes (dry clean, if necessary) - uncleaned clothing will mean the loss of everything in the bag.
• Place your clothing into bags. Do not put shoes and workwear in the same bag.
• Note: if we cannot use items for our Suiting Program, we will either 1) sell the items in our quarterly fundraising SupportHER Sale, where proceeds directly support our client programming, or 2) redonate the items to another charity.
• Pull into the client parking at the entrance of the West-Side CREA Lot of 200 Catherine Street.
• Enter the building through the Main Entrance (the glass doors on Catherine St). Head inside and down the short set of stairs, or take the elevator on the left.
• If you have any issues or would like help bringing your items inside, call (613) 277-0111 to let us know.
• Volunteers will receive your donation and check your name off our RSVP list.

Please note, no clothing can be accepted if left on the ground in front of the building or outside the boutique outside of Clothing Donation Day hours.
